Sand, our training surface, is special because of its characteristics. Unstable, heavy, wet or dry. It forces us to improve ourselves in each session. And with fun guaranteed precisely because of it.
Our playground is the beach, both sand and water. The different configurations of hardness and looseness of the sand mean that each type of surface affects us in a different way, with our body needing to adapt to them. This reduces the possibility of injury and increases the workload per unit of time.
Water is also an active part of our training sessions. Both as a way to increase its intensity, and to do work on exposure to the cold, where appropriate, forcing us to become more resilient, and strengthening our immune system against any type of infection.
