Training on sand involves greater energy consumption and lower impact during training sessions compared to those carried out on firm surfaces. There are also important physiological and biomechanical differences when comparing training between both surfaces; it has been proven that sand training can limit muscle damage and soreness. All our workouts are designed to make the most of the benefits of functional sand training, while enjoying a dynamic and fun group activity. With group, couple and individual activities, based on different disciplines and high-performance programs, we offer anyone access to training performed by great sand sports athletes such as Beach Volleyball, Beach Tennis or Futvoley.
