What are BFT challenges?
The BFT challenges are incredible results that you will achieve after completing each of the training programs. The challenges are based on sequences suitable for all levels and each of the workouts is designed so that you can execute them, after completing the preparation, at a high level.
How do I get access to each of the challenges?
Each challenge has its own detailed page. From each of them you can buy access to the training plan and the challenge itself.
How much time do I have to complete the challenges?
The training programs for each of the sequences last 3 weeks. For the result to be as expected, it is recommended to follow the program in time and order. Regardless of this duration, access to each sequence you acquire will be FOR LIFE, that is, you can watch it as many times as you want.
